• Provides personalized wellness tips and guidance
• Tracks sleep and activity patterns for general wellness awareness
• Offers insights to support mindfulness and balanced living

• You must provide your own Azure OpenAI API credentials
• You are responsible for any costs associated with your AI service usage
• You understand that AI-generated content may not always be accurate or appropriate
• We are not responsible for the AI service's availability or responses

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of health measurements
• We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on App data
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any)

8. Device Compatibility

Nalam requires:

• A Wear OS smartwatch (version 3.0 or higher recommended)
• An Android phone (version 8.0 or higher)
• Heart rate sensor on the smartwatch

We do not guarantee compatibility with all devices.

9. Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time
• Update these Terms of Service at any time
• Add or remove features from the App

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We reserve the right to terminate your access to the App for violation of these terms.

11. Intellectual Property

The App, including its algorithms, design, and content, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App without permission.
